The BUESA–RAZEL–TDA consortium chose the BS2 unit to reconstruct the Argelès-sur-Mer breakwater.
The BS2 unit can be used without paying a license fee by adhering to the BREAKWATER SOLUTION™ trademark and quality charter registered by CLAS, in order to enable contractors to respond to public tenders with a royalty-free alternative.
