- Year: 2014
Project: Zirku Island – New Port
Country: Abu Dhabi (UAE)
Contractor: Archirodon
Client: ADMA-OPCO

Background
Archirodon was tasked with constructing the breakwater of the new port on Zirku Island. The client, ADMA-OPCO, required certification of the quality of the armour layer built with ACCROPODE™ blocks, and the contractor was experiencing delays. Archirodon therefore called upon CLAS to assist with installation and optimization of the construction works.
ACCROPODE™ is a registered trademark owned by the ARTELIA Group and is in no way affiliated with CLAS.
CLAS’s independence from the license vendor made it possible to carry out an impartial certification with no risk of conflict of interest.
