Background

The ACCROPODE™ armour layer of the ZIFMAR structure began to deteriorate before works acceptance, making a comprehensive judicial expert assessment necessary.

ACCROPODE™ is a registered trademark owned by the ARTELIA Group, which is in no way affiliated with CLAS.

The managing director of CLAS intervened in the capacity of court-appointed expert. Any link with the license vendor would have made such an appointment impossible, as this is strictly prohibited by law.

The role of CLAS

Eric Skierniewski, Managing Director of CLAS, personally intervened as a court-appointed expert designated by the Administrative Court of Montpellier, with the following mandate:

  • to establish the causes of the disorders,

  • to assess the cost of the repairs.
