NMDC saw the installation of CORELOCTM refused by its client KEPCO. Important differences have been highlighted between the views produced by POSIBLOCTM and reality. NMDC was forced to stop POSIBLOCTM and asked IDMer, now CLAS, to help it achieve the quality objectives expected by KEPCO and catch up on delays. Many disassemblies were necessary.
The installation teams worked day and night to dismantle the non-conformities and make up for lost time using all the equipment available to install the CORELOCTM.
NMDC was thus able to catch up and KEPCO was satisfied with the quality in accordance with a CLASS A project. NMDC gave us the following testimony:
