ECERDC chose the company IJM-CHEC to carry out the repairs and complete the construction. The CLAS company supervised this work by giving all the advice and recommendations necessary to achieve the quality and safety objectives. I hereby confirm CLAS has been working for “ECERDC” – (East Coast Economic Region Development Council) and involved in the Kuantan Port Expansion Project in Malaysia – Construction of the Single Layer Armour Unit Breakwater. The Breakwater is 4.7 km long and consists of 55,000 units of Accropode II ™.
