110,000 CORELOC ™ of 1.4 m3.
THE MISSION :
CLAS acted as an independent consultant with the mission of:
Expertise the installation of CORELOC ™ and establish the list of non-conformities.
Train all personnel in specific CORELOC ™ safety.
Ensure the interface between the company, the client and CLI.
Establish and implement inspection procedures.
Catch up on delays.
PRODUCTION:
Production is calculated on the basis of actual installation hours. Stoppages due to bad weather, breakdowns and, in general, causes unrelated to the installation of CORELOC ™ are not taken into account in this calculation.
CORELOC ™ 1.4 m3: 15 units per hour.
PROCEDURE:
The CLAS inspectors intervened full time in order to carry out several daily inspections and thus not delay the work by imposing significant dismantling.
The training of diving and non-diving personnel has been continued in order to maintain the highest level of safety and quality.
At the end of each inspection, a debriefing was organized with
the placement team.
The inspections were carried out underwater by IMCA and HSE
certified CLAS inspectors, who strictly apply the principles defined
in the CLAS TECHNOLOGY COMPLIANT ™ trademark and out of
the water by foot and by boat.
RESULT:
The site was delivered on time and the CORELOC ™ shell received without reservation by the client.
